Return & Exchange Policy

In the rare case that you are not completely satisfied with a product you have ordered, you can raise initiate a return or exchange request on the website. All merchandise ordered on locochamber.com may be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery, as long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with all original packaging and tags. 


To return a product in your order, just follow these simple steps below: 

1. Sign in with your registered email ID or social ID (facebook or google+)

2. Select ‘My orders’ from under ‘Hi, Customer Name’ 

3. Click on Order details against for the order you wish to return partially or fully or the product you want to exchange

4. Click Return against or next to the product you wish to return or click Exchange against or next to product you wish to exchange


Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. The mode of refund would be the same as chosen by you while placing the return request. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

01 - Too Large

02 - Too Small

03 - Didn't Wear Well/Disliked Styling

04 - Defective

05 - Changed Mind

06 - Not as Expected

07 - Ordered Multiple Sizes/Colors)


Cancellations

If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will be notified via email and your method of payment will not be charged for the cancelled item
